Payroll and Benefits Administrator

At Pendennis we know that our people and their skills make us a success in the superyacht industry. We are currently recruiting for a Payroll and Benefits Administrator to run the monthly payroll for our 400+ workforce and assist in the administration of employee rewards.
The successful candidate will:

Have a variety of experience in accounts with a previous exposure to salary/payroll
Part/Fully qualified AAT or CIPP
Work well as part of our accounts team and the wider business
Excellent numeracy, literacy and IT skills
Knowledge of SelectPay software desirable but training will be provided
Have good interpersonal and organisational skills
