Planning & Design

We appoint a dedicated Project Manager to every contract from the outset, so we can plan and manage the necessary resources in the most timely and efficient manner. The Project Manager becomes your first point of contact, ensuring that your expectations are accurately conveyed within the company and that progress is regularly monitored and reported. Technical support is provided from a central office which is able to advise on all aspects of yacht construction from structural design to fine finishing details, with extensive knowledge of both classification society regulations and MCA requirements.

Our team of over 40 engineers has a wealth of experience in the superyacht industry within the new build and refit sectors. We regularly repair, refurbish, maintain and fit engineering installations for the plethora of systems that are available to the yacht industry, which can vary between extremes such as shaft alignment to fitting Jacuzzis. Pipe manufacture and installation is conducted in various types of materials including plastics, galvanised steel, cunifer and stainless steel - depending on customer specification and/or class requirements. The team operates from a central 360 square metre workshop fitted with numerous lathes, milling machines, pillar drills and welding bays. The majority of work is completed on board always concluding in commissioning, sea trials and handover to the client.
