Following the exciting news that Cockwells Modern & Classic Boatbuilding has joined the Pendennis Group, we are currently recruiting within the Pendennis Group for skilled tradespeople and support staff for an immediate start. If you are keen to begin your career with us, please come along to our recruitment open evening hosted at Pendennis Shipyard, The Docks, Falmouth, TR11 4NR on Wednesday 23rd October, between 17.00 and 20.00. 

The Pendennis Group consists of Pendennis Shipyard, a dedicated superyacht service facility in Falmouth; a Mediterranean marina and Technical Service Centre near Barcelona – Pendennis Vilanova - and a luxury bespoke interior manufacturer, Norfolk Interiors. 

We are passionate about nurturing talent and providing training opportunities for our staff. Due to an expanding team and busy order book, we have vacancies at both Pendennis Shipyard and Cockwells across many trades and are always keen to meet friendly, hard-working people who want to join our team.

We offer flexible working patterns, including the options of a 4- or 5-day week to suit individual circumstances and a great team atmosphere with exciting projects and a strong order book.
