We pride ourselves in the long-term relationships that we develop with the Pendennis 'family' of yachts. Our commitment to our clients, whether a new build or refit project, does not finish when a vessel leaves our facility. Our dedicated yacht support team offers a comprehensive, worldwide technical and logistical support network.

The combination of our experienced workforce and intimate knowledge of the inner workings of superyachts enables us to provide solutions to any problems or issues on board any vessel in the Pendennis fleet.

With a permanent team in the UK and Auckland, alongside our Mediterranean base in Palma, we are able offer the same level of care and attention to any superyacht over 30m anywhere in the world.

Parts & Equipment Supply

Our experience allows us to discuss your specific requirements and negotiate the best package with suppliers on your behalf and then have parts shipped to any destination in the world at short notice and with the minimum of fuss.

Knowledge Supply

We can offer impartial advice on a wide range of technical and maintenance issues involving your superyacht, including technical drawings, manuals and class surveys.

Labour Supply

Our highly skilled tradespeople are available to travel the world as part of our Yacht Support service for small maintenance issues and to provide crew cover.

After Sales Care

Any work carried out on board a yacht at Pendennis comes with warranty cover. Our dedicated International Yacht Support team will take care of any issues that might arise as quickly and efficiently as possible, giving you ultimate peace of mind.

Just a day before the Newport Bucket, we an issue with our hydraulic winches which would have hampered our racing so we put in a call to Pendennis for support. Very quickly the hydraulics engineer that did the initial install called us back - he was actually on holidays and calling form his personal cell. But he pointed us toward the problem area and were soon up and running again
